Hey Guys,
How are all of you? I am great. Thanks for asking. I had one heck of a weekend. Mom is trying to get me to sleep, but I told her a Bloggers life has to be chronicled. She is not very understanding. I really had a lot of fun this weekend. On Saturday, Mom and I met Dad at Apex Trailhead for a hike. He was up mountain biking and wanted to show us the trail. I hung out in the Sherpani Backpack for most of the hike. I love it in there, I get to see all the wildlife, mountain peaks and other scenery...while Dad does all of the work. I can't believe he was yapping about how heavy I was in the pack. I just went to see Dr. Larabee and she said I was only in the 20th percentile for my weight at 22.5 pounds. Anyway, the hike was awesome, I even walked some of the trail myself, I did great. I was stepping on all the BIG rocks and navigating the rough terrain. When we got home, I put on my fancy clothes and went to my neighbor friend, Andrew's ONE year old Birthday Party. We had cake, played in the yard and opened tons of presents. He got some cool stuff that he even let me try out. Check out the photos. We had lots of fun, I can't wait to play with Andrew again.
On Sunday, I went to work in the yard again. You should have seen me scooping and dumping with my big shovel. I think my parents are almost done with the new porch, about time. After our yard work, Dad and I went on a bike ride to Wash Park. He was cruising around the park. I think he was trying to get me to sleep while he rode, but it wasn't happening. There was way too much going on and I think I yelled loud enough, because he finally pulled over and let me out to go play on the sweet playground equipment. I had a lot of fun.
A short while after we got home, my cousins Brent, Kyle and Kieren came over. We had so much fun playing in the sandbox, kicking up dirt and chasing Cooper. Then we all ate outside on our new porch. I ate so much food, that my Mom was laughing hysterically. I don't know what the big deal is. After we ate dinner, we went to the playground by the house. I showed my cousins all my cool tricks, even dunking the basketball. Kyle and Brent were really good at shooting hoops too. On the way home, Kyle let me ride his new bike. It is so cool. I am not sure I am big enough for it, but Dad made it work. I was taking some sweet lines downhill.

Hey Rocco! You are looking sweet in your party outfit! I sure loved playing with you at the park. I thought you were a fantastic climber of all things playground and boy did we sure rip it on the big slides!
Ride on,
Uncle Jared
